More Faith, Less Questions

I applaud how ready people are to give glory to God when they’re receiving the things they want out of life; good jobs, education, a dream relationship, more money, fancy cars, big houses or all the other things your heart and mind desire. I only wish I saw more praise of how good God is when the chips are down; passing of a close friend, laid off, short on money, health issues, or any situation that we tend to think is bad.

Too often, we forget what we want is not what we need. We forget that God is an enabler helping us to fulfill our needs, and not a God that’s supposed to just give us what we think we want. It’s sad to see so many forget to praise him during tough times, or waiver in their faith at the first hint of a tribulation, or fail to understand our trials and what we get from them ARE the right on time blessings we need.

I wish more people understood the sincerity of your faith and how you conduct yourself during the tough times is more important than being boastful of God’s grace when things go your way. You want others to believe, you have to become stronger and more consistent in your beliefs, in your FAITH, and in your understanding that God is always there no matter the circumstance. FAITH!!!
